Wonderful work experience

My current job includes interacting with customers into helping them place place on the designated sports betting. Making sure that they feel comfortable and are being taken care of . Interacting with fellow colleagues and develloping a strong working relationship. I have learnt to be understand of different peoples behaviors. People behave differently on different situations and we all are different. What is challenging abt the job is having to tell a customer that u made a mistake when placing the bet. Customers behave differently when such thing happens. Bt u try and calm the customer and try to explain the problem

I'm in the training department

I'm the branch champion of Hollywood Soweto. I take bets and also conduct training to all staff members. I know more products of the company and I enjoy training team members.
