Great working and learning experience

personal growth and help my be an asset to my next company where I would apply all that I have enjoyed my 6 years at Hollard life andI have grown and learnt so much over the years. I acquired skills that will help in in my personal growth and help my be an asset to my next company where I would apply all that I have learned. I spent my day making sure I'm available to assist my team, worked on projects, handled escalations and monitored SLA's. I enjoyed the culture and worked with well a friendly team. My biggest challenge that I faced was having to assist with multiple teams system and technical issues where IT turnaround times were to long. This at times made me fall behind and having to put in extra hours. have learned. I spent my day making sure I'm available to assist my team, worked on projects, handled escalations and monitored SLA's. I enjoyed the culture and worked with well a friendly team.

Well dedicated to office work with good personal skills and working in the company improve my skill in office administration, customer service, doing quality assurance band call operation. hard work.

Pressure and customer service

enjoy doing what I do because it gives me a great pleasure to see someone who came to our branch crying because of loosening a loved one and leave the branch with a bit of smile because I helped the person and made a difference to his her situations. You have to be strong because the out come is not always the positive one, as some of the people would come to claim thinking they still have cover with the company only to found out the policy has lapsed, you need to be able to handle situations like that and challenges and anger from the clients who needs money to berry their loved one's. I enjoy the pressure and helping situations that comes with my work.
