A day at the office.

I'm part of an engineering team that is highly skilled and trained to do timelessly break-fix and installation services. A typical workday will be the checking and investigation of the calls logged by the client or our fault reporting system that need attention. Check when maintenance renewals are due and if PO's have been received. Making sure that our customer database/details are up to date. Assist ISP and ASP wrt call and engineer allocations. Create standby list for the Financial Year. Client meetings and client communication during Sev 1 situations where the product fault is causing a financial impact. Excellent relationship with my team and alway willing to assist me and our clients.

Excellent in what I do

I don't have much to say, let me impress you on the field.I love working in an office but enjoy checking the sites. I am a team player and also can be a self starter. I enjoy going to the customer sites.I love reading about new technologies and where the market is going.I have been on presales department and that uplifted my skills on been a sales and technical person.I have been dealing with major clients and working or designing solutions for the tenders.I have been working with the RFP and RFI's.

Meeting with potential clients and develop a technical solution based on their requirements. Responding to the RFi and design the solution documents and presentations.

I am able to work with people and even under pressurrle

I am currently working at Technology Specific.I assist clients and I Also do Admin at times. It is a contract job therefore I am applying for another position.

Pros: Great opportunity to work with people and learn more everyday
Cons: 8 hours of work and over time if there is a need
