Just need a better Job for my hard work

Hi, all I need is a better pay from the one I'm paid for because I am a hard working person and a Team player, I was promoted from my previous Job as a Samsung Rep and managing staff but I was paid the same amount as I was a Samsung Sales person and I'm being recognised in Hisense.

Pros: It is well not bad
Cons: Correct working hours

Cabinet base

I have worked with this people for long they treated me unfmy colleague are jealous of me always want me to work under pressure and like to gossip about me and they have no respect for meairly and dismissed me at the start of this month

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Late payment
