Great working conditions

Dear Sir / Madam I would like to thank you for affording me this opportunity to apply for the position that is available. My name is Vicolyn Govender and I have gained much experience and knowledge to fill the vacancy. I was appointed over a one year period by Absa were by I have learnt how to interact with customers on a professional level and handle their problems and complaints. I now know how to work in a team and contribute to achieving goals and objectives. These jobs have trained me to take opportunities and make something of it. I learnt how to market products with little information given and sell them to the best of my ability. I am a self motivated individual who is hardworking, disciplined and quick learner. I am dedicated to my work and willing to learn to gain the experience I lack but my ambition is to learn and grow professionally to better myself.

Excellent management skills

Im from a corporate sales management back round with the fastest growing company in the country Hisense, i have learnt a lot in terms of business growth strategies and strategic contingency plans. i believe you can never stop learning as an individual therefor my next step is to move higher from where i am to senior management positions.

Growth

I am looking for something that will allow me to go to school and further my studies. There is no growth in the company. I work as data capturing / admin. I do take calls for follow up.

Pros: There is no growth in the company
Cons: Normal hours 8:00 to 16:30, I will work weekends to push down my emails, work extra 30mins everyday

Training, self management and good attitude,

We normally train people from stores (e.g game,makro etc) to ensure they understand the product so it will be easy to sell ,manage stock flow and availability, overcome your competitors dealing with after sale customer

Pros: I will love growth, so hard work is key
Cons: If required we do long hours, going extra mile

Micro management and unlawful labour practice.

Am not happy because recent management is a dictator and is full of abusive methods and indulges in people losing their jobs. I use to enjoy the team work, support we got from our previous regional, was growing until now.

Pros: No oportunities for growth
Cons: No legislature nor governance.

I have grown and learned a lot as a credit controller in Hisense.What i enjoy the most is reconciling customer account and interacting with customers. I AM A HARD WORKER WHO FOLLOWS UP WITH HIS JOB PURPOSE ON TIME AND NEVER LATE

I HAVE WORKED WITH HISENSE AS A SERVICE CLERK AND I AM VERY GOOD AT INTER ACTING AND COMUNICATING WITH CLIENTS. I OBEY ODERS . RULES AND REGULATIONS. I DONT DO DRUGS . I HAVE ALSO BEEN PART OF AN ORGANIZATION THAT HELLPS THE YPOUTH TO ABSTAIN FROM DRUGS
