Good learning curve

I've learnt how to work with different kinds of people. Hence I am working for a small business, people come and go and I am the one who is still there because I am a very patient person.I come across with different people who have different characters. And I look at my priorities, needs and my hunger for success make me want to learn more. I enjoy accounting part most. The job I am doing I enjoy it. What is challenging is that sometimes we work until after 6pm. And I am studying part time so that affect my afternoon classes sometimes.

Pros: no growth at the moment it is stilla small company
Cons: Normal working hours

The things I have learnt in my company where I am presently working at

In my company I deal with different kinds of people(clients), that is a bit challenging but it is good because it is training me for the greener pastures. I am also advantageous ,because I am doing all general admin work including accounts as I am the mind of the Company. I've learnt that in the working industry you should be flexible. Because when we are busy I go to the factory and help during production, to make sure that we meet our deadlines I enjoy every moment but I need a job that will meet my basic needs.

Pros: No growth ,but good experience
Cons: Normal working hours
