Excellent learning curve

It's a busy hard working environment. There is awesome teamwork and collaborated work efforts. I learnt leadership skills as I am currently working as the Assistant Warehouse Manager. I enjoy managing goods, and working with the team. The most challenging aspects of my job is stock losses, and even damages.

Passionate and honest team player

my current job is based on stock controlling and allocating ibt's daily stock takes dispatching and distribution returns and problem solving schedule deliveries and pick ups or collections I have good relationship with my team ,I work hand in hand with them assist them where I can . I have learn to be more incharge and take control of every situation I like to see my team happy and enjoy to do their work at all times what challenging is to issue warnings to the weakest links among the team

Horrible working conditions

Employees are often overworked and underpaid. No sick days are allowed without the owners permission even though a sick note is obtained from a doctor. Commission structures are changed without employee consent or notification. No official lunch hours and sales staff are not paid overtime

Pros: Great opportunity to get work experience for those without working experience
Cons: Long working hours
