Excellent learning curve

Company offers growth for junior staff members. Management however has limited growth. Incentives are good and this can be used as a platform to grown your career. I look for a challenge in my duties where I can be innovative and contribute to not only the organization but also the community and the staff. Benchmarking of a smaller dealership forces an individual to step out of comfort zones and to experience and challenge themselves in different areas. I am leader who aspires individuals that report to me to grow and to further themselves in both the industry and educationally.

Busy dealership

i have learned a lot about working with different culture and people. and personal growth The size of the site cannot keep up with the volume of work so sometimes you feel over worked and understaffed and the parking lots can become a nightmare especially with customers and staff trying to get around
