Cant learn anything because my qualifications doesn't allow that.
The Site where I work are very good, lots of challenges every day. The people are very good and friendly. The security company do things other way around it seems they don't know what they doing. The company are 20 years in business but still it looks like they just started yesterday. No communication from senior Management, no feedback from senior Management when questions asked. They don't give you uniform for winter, you as an employee should use your own clothes, they only give you 2 t-shirts and jacket with no pockets.
Pros: The client are good and helpful.
Cons: No Sunday pay, no holiday pay and no overtime.

Learning curve
Sharpening my communication skill and working under pressure. Enjoying working with different people and speaking different language's. Most challenging is when you face angry client who doesn't speak english. But it helps when you have co-workers who knows languages that you don't know
Pros: no opportunity for promotion
Cons: no complain on working hours

Always willing to learn and teach new things .
The implimentation of new rules and working with dificult staff . Implimenting new procudicures and updateing the old processes . Fantastic comminication with the client , Friendly to vistors and most welcoming to buyers . From just an officer to the manager i gained all the relevent expirance by learning . the most difficult assept of my job is training new officers the processes and procidures that are not willing to be taught by a female .
Pros: As an idividual in this indutry its always a plusure meeting new people and communicating in differant languages
Cons: The hours are very stressfull . A full 12 hours 5 days a week there is no family time .
