I learnt a lot about the industry and now i got some expirience of working under pressure.

i was working from 08:00 am till 17:00 pm daily and during, the relationship i had with my colleagues was awesome in such a way that we are brothers and sisters. I learnt to work hard, long hours and networking with clients and try to adapt to any situation that i met. The thing that i enjoyed the most was to engaged my self n communicating with clients and learnt how to deal with them. The most challenging thing was deadlines and working overtime in a way that you can loose public transports.

Pros: its hard to get a promotion due some reasons of the company but its good to do the best and be happy in your job.
Cons: 08:00 am till 17:00pm

It's a great company to work for however management has favouritism and some racists.

Love working as the face of the company. 1st impression lasts most of the times. Dealing with international guests can sometimes be challenging because of language barriers but its a great opportunity to learn and express the passion of loving what you do. Working with a team always gets more work done faster and effectively. The challenge is when management don't recognize the hard work you put in your job and going the extra mile not expecting anything in return.

Pros: International hotel
Cons: Racism

Learning was excellent

Greeting the team in the morning and meeting up with the Executive Housekeeper and Chief Engineer for daily / weekly planning prior to morning meetings, dealing with guests and the team on a daily basis, excellent relationships with team and co-workers, learned lots from Engineering, Housekeeping and Finance. I enjoyed working with the team towards our common Goals and the most challenging aspects of the job was sometimes difficult guests that you can not accommodate despite numerous attempts and solutions

Pros: Great learning opportunities and training received
Cons: working up to 16 hour shifts

Working with pressure, perceive and always have options

Working with pressure, because when ever the guest need to checkin front desk must confirm to me and if the room not ready I must push the lady to go there.Perseverance is much more important because working with people always always going to give a head ache, always have an option while the other one is not working I have to think fast

Pros: working hard and giving time to do my work gave me an opportunity to lots of promotions
Cons: sometimes working double shift but normal hours is 8hours
