I am working as shift instrument mechanician. I work hand in hand with my team we are brothers keeper I have learn working as a team is a solution to all problem solving I am enjoying where it come to fault finding new faults Production request are most challenging since they need you to speed up you fault finding

I worked for the company for 6years, Due to outsource of workshop I got retrenchd.

I was working as a breakdown artisan, The plant has a different types of machines that operates in a different ways.It was challenging because you have to understand the machine operations to sort out problems because it could be operating error.

Pros: I have learned a lots, Safety, problem solving, communication and trouble shooting.
Cons: I was working five in and five days out shift roaster. 12hrs shifts.

I have worked for the company for six years

I have learned a lot . I enjoyed working as a breakdown shift artisan. I have experienced to troubledshooting on electrical, Hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic systems. I have learn to solve problem on machine based on operator information and to be able to interact with different people.Do troubleshoot on different types of machines and different makes.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: I worked as an shift artisan, Four days in and four days out 12hrs shift.
