Gained lots off experience

It's not nice they use you we make monthly target only to find out we recieve a 3rd check and they are under paying people at work but what can we do there isn't work out here

I have learned a lot in a short space of time. I'm a good team player with lots of fresh and good ideas, I'm also an excellent independent worker , I'm looks for growth and new challenges so I can work my way up in the fast past business environment. I'm always willing to take on new duties and responsibilities. My belief is hard work pays of in the end

Pros: I'm a go getter and always looking for growth
Cons: I'm looking for a 7/8 to 4:30/5 o clock hours

RELATIONSHIPS

I love my colleagues we get along amazingly and work well together. Management is however not very supporting and understanding to any regard, there is no room for growth or expanding my knowledge and also no initiative from management to assist in furthering my studies; something I have done by myself. Typical work day is answering phones; taking messages; assisting customers; capturing creditors invoices and some sales orders if there are orders available; updating files for weekly sales stats for Director. I have learned to work on Syspro.

Cons: dangerous area

Good relationship with clients and co-workers, Learn everyday something different

A typical day at work is 7-9 in evening. Start my day with emails and then on the road from 7H45 untill 5H30 then emails untill 8 -9 in evening Relationship with co-workers are fine. Do not like lazy people I enjoy working with clients and meet new people. The most challenging aspect of my Job is the traveling being away for a week from family and traveling for to countries overboard.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion
Cons: Traveling long hours on the road
