So much growth in 1 year. Demanding and challenging and always kept busy

Didn't know anything about production and in a years time I am running it with no effort. Learning was amazing and is ongoing. The only negative is that the staffing team has political issues with each other and not wanting to work together. Not only doing production but also managing imports and stock and changing overs, scheduling around maintenance receiving and dispatch along with ordering of all stock requirements rom knowing nothing about produci

Cons: Way you are spoken to, staff not co-operation

Stressful, But friendly Company
