Learning other aspects of business e,g.human relations,managing accounts etc.

-manage and delegate 20 care workers and ensure that nursing care is being rendered.I have a healthy working relationship with my subordinates.with regard to residents,the more I interact with them,is the more I develop a strong bond.As for my co-workers we developed into a strong team with mutual respect.When I see changes and healing taking place is what I enjoy most.The most challenging aspects of my job is to take decisions to move a resident to a frail care because of deteriorating health and communicating that decision to the family.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn how to manage and care for people with dementia and Alzheimer.
Cons: Death of a resident

Other aspects of Business Learning curve

Organisation and management of nursing service Healthy and Professional Human relations, handling and caring for the elderly with Alzheimer and dementia. That people need other people to survive and function normally. the acknowledging smile and eyes of our resident patients. Dealing with grief

Pros: Life fulfillment
Cons: unhealthy economic status of some residents
