Had a lot of customer/system experience built up

Had a good learning curve with this company, because of this job i feel even more capable to learn another system from another job. Made good friends but in the end i see sales isnt for me. And there were unfortunately no opportunities in the other departments.

Pros: Opportunity to make good money im sales
Cons: long working hours

I have learnt a lot with the company and made me to be multitask person

It is great to work for HI-FI, one has chances to learn for whatever you want to be within the company. there are many opportunities someone can choose from. I had all the chances to be serve in all departmants, eg: Customer care Centre, Receiption, at the floor, admin work and etc

Pros: I was promoted within a short period of time
Cons: I used to work shifts, i worked from 08H00 to 17H00 or 10H00 to 19H00

Office practice

I've been working as a cashier/ receptionist, working at the till,doing filling,doing banking and switchboard operator. Because we hard good team spirit,we do team work. I sometimes help in sales,helping customers, that makes learn lot on how to serve a customer right. I learn an excellent customer service. Even though some customers can be so difficult but your always have to be calm and patience.

Cons: 8 to 10 hours
