At hestony they have a class,how to handle the job,customer,and how to operate the fridge.

In my words at hestony transport send me all over south africa i know all 9 provinces,what i found there is to use gps for diretion,and i learn about drive camera,fridge such as set point and temperature,disel consumpution,how to deal with a issues such as safe first,driver safe.

Good

Good but needs adjustments. No family time long working hours 03:00hrs to 23:00hrs. No job security and no feeling of belonging. Common human errors and and mistakes can easily get you fired. No trust between the employer and the employees.

Pros: good opportunity for everyone

Exellecent learning curve

I had to go there due to circumstances of being tried unfairly by my night manager, who couldhit and swear at you for no apparent reasons. You were expected to do the job of three people in short spend of time that I didn't mind but if you didn't finish yours and the day-shifts work by the end of the night it was your fault
