My experience as a Hesto employee has been great but challenging at times. Hesto is good company, every employee is treated with respect. They believe in diversity, no one need to be discriminated because of years, colour or belief. We work as a team, starting from top management to us operators. We had ups and downs as a company but we always manage to overcome any situation. I have learnt so many things, how to lead, achieve target and how to commucate with people at all levels. Since I'm doing my second year in BBA specializing in HRM I believe that I have learnt how the shop floor work cause if you work on the hr department you need to have an understanding on what is going on on the floor. The challenges I'm facing is working too many hours, standing from 7am till 4h30 pm and 8h30pm till 6am. And the way we stand is not good for our health, body posture..

Im working at a large company where i experienced to work with people from different cultures.

It is mostly enjoyable work i leant more in my current company got experience more challenged working without supervision it flexible. The management are so helpful to me and i found lots of people whos suppoting me in the workplace, i enjoy a lot becouse i got paid every week the most challenging thing ia that im working with target. Ihave to make a daily target so im working hard to reach the target and it compulsory to reach this target for a day

Great opportunities in learning other departments work

Work can be challenging but only if you have to change departments .employees are friendly to one another and not all supervisors are friendly .it is challenging when you have to take out a target especially when there is no power because of load shedding .

Excellent skills

I work at hesto as an operator for 3 years now i gain a lot of experience there. It a large company with more than 2000 employees i learnt to understand people from different cultures
