I would it was great journey being part of staff at Hertzogstraat,it gave what I have today.

Working at Hertzogstraat motors it was great and challenging at the same.what I like about them they give you a platform to excell in every department they have,meaning you are not just going to be an attendant,your going to be taught how to operate a till,how to do stock taking and receiving,how to do orders and taking messages and even helping at their bakery,so they simply prepare you for everything. It is normally busy during pick hours morning and afternoon even during holidays that's were you will need to prove yourself,during weekends they had abnormal hours before which was 16hours but the staff complain and it was reduced to 12hours.Coming to payments they are really reliable because they always pay on time even overtime and bonuses they are always on top of their game.

Pros: Chances of being promoted they are very low since there are no future opportunities
Cons: Hours are really fair and normal than back then

I learned a lot and grew as far as the company structure would allow. I need a new challenge.

I've enjoyed my time at Hertzog Street Motors. I've grown immensely and worked my way up from an admin assistant to a General Manager and HR Manager. Unfortunately, there is nowhere else for me to go within the company and I am no longer being stimulated which is why I'm looking for a new challenge.

Pros: Learned a lot, close to home
Cons: No further growing opportunities
