Excellent communication skills clearing of overdue days over collecting on monthly targets

My typical day will be to sort out the largest account first to reduce overdue, make at least 12 calls a day to clients. I build relationships with my co workers and get along with anyone easily, if any issues arise, i would handle it very professionally and talk to him/her/ them outside That we all work together to get all the accounts in 30 days as a team. at the end of the day we are working on 1 major account and not as individuals, but rather as a team. Getting to work in the morning and start talking to my clients, sorting out the accounts and be as helpful as i can to my team members Most challenging is to undo any allocations on an account, and to re-allocate the payment(s) as per the client remittance, but i get this sorted out in order to have the account(s) up to date. Everyday is a challenge at work and i like a challenge it keeps the work interesting because without a challenge yo don't have a passion for what your doing.

Cons: taking over accounts that was just left unattended

I have good driving record

I will be much glad if my aplication is approved and I have the respect I wish to word. With good comunication becouse I like to learn,I was finish matric. At 2014 my subject is physical sciences,life sciences ,isizulu, English, life orientation and accounting

Pros: I'm a good driver. and my manager trust me

Im a team player, I'm always will to do extra and not only my duties, I'm very hard working and like new challenges that push me to the limits, over the years I've mature to a point where I never leave a task unfinished. e.

Excellent customer service skills

Good communication skills and work good around clients, have good interpersonal skills. Play a role in the market related workforce and create a good relationship with your clients. I as an individual have the skills and tactics to promote good customer service and provide extreme satisfaction to my cllients, together with good skills you need a little sense of humour so that you dont seem too serious.

Good start job straight out of school

Good place to start of your working life but not good to stay for too long because of salary and incentives and benefits. Very good to interact with employees and build customer relationships. Little opportunity for growth.

My job experience

My experience in this company has been very pleasant as well as challenging. I was able to show my skills when faced with situations where we experienced high volumes of clients that had to be served. With my staff it has been easy to reach targets as our relationship is very good. On a normal working day we are able to reach all needs that is required for smooth operations. I have learn how to communicate with many different personalities and not to crack under pressure.

Pros: Many promotional opportunities within the company and also plenty knowledge to gain in the different sectors.
Cons: Some employees are unable to work under pressure leading to a lack of organisation
