A typical day at work is to mostly check out corporate clients, try to give leisure clients the vehicles they have booked and make happy renters of all. Whistl being a corporate environment, we have a lot of fun between each other as staff, supervisors and managers as well as with the clients. This in turn creates a more relaxed environment for leisure client who have been on long exhausting flights. The biggest challenges are giving clients what they have booked when we run short of vehicles, or trying to accommodate their needs with other vehicle group.s

Pros: Commision can be great if you work hard
Cons: If promoted, salary & commission drop

Excellent learning skill

I am very punctual and strong with good memory I can withstand long working hours both outside the office and inside the office. I have good communication skills and have a good way of solving problems in variety of situations. I have been gaining knowledge in all the companies I have worked and it has made me have more experience of learning a new thing each day, basically I do admin and customer service in short. I am self motivated and can multitask, I am also keen work in a team oriented and fast paced environment.

Working for Hertz has become unbearable and a nighmare and am ready to leave and move on.

I would not refr anyone to apply for work at Hertz as I want out myself. Management do as they please without any sort of consultation and if you asak questions then you are told you have an attitude and you are corky and that the company doesn't have space for people with such attitude.

Pros: No promotions if you're not the right skin colour
Cons: Hours are ok

Great start

It is great to start working and learn alot but not to grow in the business. Everybody helps each other and get along well. I learnt alot about cliams and damages on cars also how to send cars for services and how to handel clients.

Not very nice if you put in all the effort but working for peanuts

Being a manager but earning 7500 after deductions with a basic salary of 9000. Find it really pathetic especially knowing that the company is doing good get fed with lies and false promises fed

Pros: Company car, Fuel
Cons: Salary, bonuses, no teambuilding , no worry from top management

Great learning environment

A typical work day would consist of handling the company's most difficult clients and making sure they have absolute peace of mind. We all works well as a team as we are all inter-dependent. I have learnt that we all share one common goal. Customer satisfaction is very high on my list and perhaps the most rewarding.

Pros: Hours are doable
Cons: Management not very flexible
