My Strength and my Weakness
I 'm Switchboard Operator but I also work releiving the PA of CEO/COO When its needed. -I'm working with the Directors of company, so my job is very proffesional due to information I handle. - On our Adminstration team we have our cleaners and gardners who report to me when they need things, then I report to our Supervisor. -For me to speak with all kinds of International and exetrnal customers make me to feel the face of Company. - I learn to handle important organise big function when I help my Supervisor, by the time we had Board meeting at our company. -What I enjoy most when I handle the Safety meetings with Admin Team and I feel so very proud to handle such a big responsibility. -The most challanging aspects is when there is the deadline that I must finish before the end of the day that require me to be there until late.
Pros: Its been 10 years of Exprience working in big company as Hernic Ferrochrome, that its under Mitshubishi cooporation
Cons: Going extra milies to retirvie information that is been deleted on system.

Good skills,Experience and good interpersonal skills.
I have learnt to work in men dominated place well,daily tasks planned morning meetings and go through shift documents and analyze data for shutdown,projects and discuss with foreman. Its quite challenging mentally and keep focused and concentrate a lot with details and information received. I work best with them and communicate as much as possible with them. I master most of the daily tasks and like to expand my horizons and explore. Challenges -when I start my day they just decide on shutdown or project without communication.

Duties
daily engagement with various stakeholders from local goverment and private sectors. manage and report departmental Budget and process and monitoring. Initiate, receive and responde to donation requests. conduct a feasibility and drafting of SLA on approved CSI projects. Mnage the implementation of Social labour plan project. Submission of monthly progress reports. im a team work person, i like to outline the responsibilities and let my team play their role as per the plan responsibilities allocate during projects consultation. i have learned team work spirt is important in my line of work. maintaining a good realtionship with stakeholder leads to flowless implementations of projects . lastly consistant communication and consultaion plays amajor role to avoid misunderstanding. i enjoy exploring new project and meeting diverst communities and other stakeholders. you can never know what to expect with communities. unrest in communities and lack of unity within various forums

Career objectives
I am personate to Government certificate of competence in mining and factories as Mechanical engineer. During the period of my internship I was exposed to maintenance planning and execution. But the most Project I was more interest on and enjoyed was for pumps selection with pipe systems.

Excellent and given me the conviction and self-confindent.
my company is an industrial (mining industry). was working overtime and stanby on weekends. I'm only lady in my team and surroundered by six guys. i was not treated differently and equal equity was evident, and i related with my co-workers. I've learned working is a team and always applied the cardial rules that my company embarked for our security. i enjoyed getting the incentives for a well done tasks and housekeeping that made me love my job. the most challenging point for me is working under staff and getting distracted.
Pros: is been promoted after proofing my self as a female that i can perform the job

Colleagial responsibilty
We start a weeek with weekly meeting of all HR staff, Health and safety reports and toolbox talk in part of the agenda.after that HR divisioonal Managers meeting where we report what transpired during the previous week and the week calender. I having a good work relationship with all colleagues .i have learned that sharing information with other co workers assist every one in thier work performance and it is important not to work in Silos. I enjoy resolving inter-personal and intra -personal conflict. The most challenging aspect of this job is that organised Labour expect one to assist them in dealing with collective bargaining issues forgetting that you have to represent the Company
Pros: based on my experience and qualification and the opportunity i was given to act during the absence of my supervisor one stands a good chance for a promotion
Cons: I do sometimes work long hours during the industial actions though it worths it because it is for the benefit of the organisation

A new experienece and learning more
A typical day at the office is making sure that the general manager schedule is up to date, he is able to see and attend meetings, he has all his reports typed and prepared accordingly. I am in a management building so I have a good and professional relationship with my co-workers, as I assist them as well. I was able to do a secretarial course that helped more to understand my role of being a secretary. Being a secretary taught me how not to be dependent on my boss, able to manage, communicate with and remind the manager on his dairy task. Able to organise an event within the organisation. Able to arrange travel arrangements. Able to be professional and polite on the phone. Able to create proper filing. Being able to be assertive and handle conflict management. Most challenging is dealing with different people as we all have a different mind-set, regardless of that I always maintain my position and be professional.

Good learning experience
I learned how to deal with people and to communicate effectively. I learned how to operate the Saco system, premier HR and the leave system. I also learned to work individually and also as a team.
