Excellent learning curve

Job rotations enables me to be an all rounder,i have worked successfully in credit control, auditing, financial and technical accounting departments. The company developed a new insurance system enabling us to appreciate the correlation of all units of the company that is claims, underwriting and finance per given transaction, this was my best challenge. There was high interpersonal and communication skills through workshops, special assignments and recreational activities which i enjoy most.

Pros: career development and greater promotional opportunities.
Cons: the company went under.
