HERCULES CAPITAL IS A NICE COMPANY TO WORK AT. THEY PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES A FAIR SALRY AND HAVE BENEFITS FOR THE LESS FORTUNATE . THE FCAT THAT WE ARE IN THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SECTOR MAKES LIFE COMPLICATED WHEN SOMETHING LIKE COVID HITS US AGAIN.

Very different to what I studied but i learnt very quick and was taught well. Very good experience.

It is a great place to be at from a young age such as me. My relationship with co-workers is very well. Every person is friendly and kind, always willing to teach. I have learnt how to work under pressure and finish on deadlines. What i enjoy the most about the company is the team i work with. they teach me so much about everything and more. The most challenging thing about my job is all the different aspects of the job. If you listen and are willing to learn then you wont have and challenging aspects of the job.

Pros: Good learning experience.
Cons: No room for improvement or promotion.

Fast learner. Attention to detail. Honest and hard working. 150% dedicated. Always up for a challenge. Always room for growth. Fun to work with. Help full to my co workers

Pros: Love the work im doing and the people im working with
Cons: Family bussiness. There is no growth for the average worker
