I am the type of a person who makes sure that people that i am supervising feel more happier at work because it is where they spend most of their time. I am a team player so that makes thinks easier between myself and co-workers. I have learned that whatever is good for the company is also good for me as i ensure that i plan well for major projects which at the end will yield good results to the company. What makes me enjoy my work is the fact that i am given an authority to suggest improvements which at the end will bring about positive change to my job.

Pros: the company provided me with great training opportunities and i will be able to apply the knowledge and experience that i have gained into my workplace.
Cons: The company is not big enough as a results it becomes a challenge when it comes to application of certain things based on the training a person has acquired

In my previous job I had a very good relationship with my colleagues.

The company taught me a lot of things. I enjoyed working different shifts offered. We were given updates and reviews of our performance and that of the company.

Pros: Salary raise, overtime work, different shifts
Cons: Long working hours, very tight security
