Exceptional working environment and life time experience

Well-looked after, love to work for this company. No pressure as long as you meet your deadline ;we have a very diverse work force ;very resorceful ;vibrant . It is a good learning curve for me ;working with a youthful personnel keeps you on your feet,learning from them and helping them to grow ad well.

Cons: Strictly 8 hours

Good working conditions and fairly young staff

Not a stressful environment to work in, a place where you can learn a lot if you have the right attitude. Plenty of knowledge and an environment that thrives on new ideas and change. The ability to shape your own career, titles are not given too much weight. Open door policy throughout management.

Pros: Very few opportunities fro growth as its a small company in RSA
Cons: Flexible working hours
