Willing to learn something new

I get a long with the co-workers, some are friends. I have learned how to work better in a team. I enjoy working in a stress free environment. The most challenging part is meeting goals and achieving a good relationship, every employee needs to do his/ her assigned duties

Pros: Fairness and an equel chance for promotions, stress free environment.
Cons: Extra hours, working weekends

Excellent learning curve

a Challenging job because it is directly linked to the agriculture position in the country. You get to work with all types of people as well as what the national sentiment is of the industry
