I work at a company that has the challenges of efficiency andncosts of running a business. I typicall have to weigh options into how do we effectively run the production lines cost effectively. Good entry level experience

working at my company has taught me to work well with different people and have good communication skills. the work environment is good. i enjoy most meeting up with new clients, its challenging but worth it.

Solutions specialist

As an engineer the task at hand is to always find solutions to problems and improvement to processes. I am a go to guy when solutions are seeked. I have learnt a great deal and have excelled in assisting the employer to be more productive utilising the technical know how and the ability to interact with all levels of employees in an organisation. This always gives great results as if you understand the challenges faced especially on the shopfloor level, practical solutions can be found.

Good collegues

The company has great potential to grow but it is not meeting the standards. I think the reason for this lie on the management side. Restructuring that department would bring about positive improvements.

Achieved safety certificates and more

My daily duties is to make sure that all spares are in place and production is running smooth. I plan jobs and issue the Job cards to electricians. I assist with the major breakdowns to do faultfindings. I enjoy to work with my team. The most challenging aspects of my job was to work out how to save energy in the work place but it is my favourate projects.
