I pay the wages on VIP, as well as doing the wage clerk duties of updating clockings on Turbo time. I also buy groceries & stationery, post, relieve reception, scanning, purchase orders, credit notes and maintain all the copiers and printers. I am a peoples person and get along with all the departments. I am multi- lingual, which helps in communicating with everyone. I have studied at Sage VIP, as well as completed my Diploma in Payroll administration. I enjoy doing payroll, helping the staff.

You learn a lot

Male dominated Reacists No pay Best Cable Tie manufactures Lack of customer service I have nothing positive to say about this company. You can learn a lot of skill but your internal fire and innovation will lead to your constructive dismissal.

Great chance to learn new skills.

I am applying for this position because I belive that it will give me a chance to work in a different work environment. I am assertive, deadline driven, a team player and even though I work as an individual and unsupervised at the moment, I enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I face challenges head-on and I am willing to learn new skills.

Pros: Good opportunity for growth.
Cons: Working through lunch and tea times.

Excellent experience

It is a good company to work too. Problem of growth for junior staff. Only certain race given first preference for better jobs.which does affect the harmony for workers.

Experience

Worked as a Pension claims clerk at MIBFA & Fedsure for about 18 years. Went on to work as a Financial Advisor at Liberty Life then Old Mutual. Started at HelkermannTyon in 2008 & started going wages using VIP Premier system Completed all VIP courses and a Diploma in Payroll Administration.

Excellent for gaining experience

It is well established company to work for. But there is no room for growth. Most of the time there is bias to certain rawhich makess the company enviroment tense alllthe timece

Good exposure

Experience was a good exposure but I don't have a future with the company, no opportunity for growth. Predominantly white and no promotion opportunities for Black staff
