Excellent learning curve and good team to work with

These year was challenging because we build 3 Mercedes benz tools for a German company and one of them having 4 cavities. We work 6 to 6 hour shifts on day and night shift. Always have new challenges because we do different tools for different companies. Most of the tools that we do maintenance on for production line were made by us so we don't struggle to work on them

Pros: Given chance to study
Cons: Working with same people for long time and having a sun of a director as my maneger and manegers wife as project manager gives me less hope of becoming part of management

I well Established and stable company to work for.

Its quite so interesting to work at coz the tasks are so challenging and a lot to learn also. The machines needs to be monitored closely full time but I enjoyed a lot on operations of the robotics and automations. The working hours are long of course but there are also very fair off days to take after three consecutive working days. The team work was very solid and committed to achieve the targets in time always. The most challenging part of the job was when you have to start up after a short power failure it gives a run coz all the machines needs start up and running with nylon msterials makes it a task.

Pros: The opportunity for promotion could be available depending on how hardworking oneself is.
Cons: Working hours were long but also the equivalent off period is given

Customer Visit Planning Weekly and Monthly Call Reports to be handed in weekly Project Pipeline Reporting Customers visits per day Quotation Follow ups Customers satisfaction is what I strive for. Target Reaching is my favorite good opportunity

Excellent learning curve

Attend to breakdowns and carry out planned maintenance. on injection moulding machinery. ,and building maintenance. Get selling very well with my colleagues.
