they have good peoples skills they attend to the people that need to be attended to they take care of their clients and employees medical aid is compulsory but sometimes you have to take the medical that they offer you

Pros: they have good work ethics and the working hours are good
Cons: people hire family when instead of people who are qualified for the job

My day to day life......The one I enjoy most

My current job is extremely fast paced and involves ensuring that the organisation sticks to SLAs and OLAs. It requires me to interact with various stakeholders in the business up to and including the CEO and licenced clients Communication is very vital in my role in order to maintain existing relationships. I enjoy the fact that I am exposed to various facets of the business and that I ensure that processes are adhered to.

Pros: I learn everyday.
Cons: Working on stand by.
