Good learning experience

Helion Research and its Employees within the company are great, friendly and hard working. Although Extreme measures of pressure occur especially within tight deadlines. Often lead employees to breakdown and become sick or emotional. Long hours are worked on a daily basis from 7 to 7 sometimes till 8pm to deliver work to its clients. However No bonuses or increases are given and majority of the staff are under paid. Although client and employee relationships are great and the understanding is on top level. Doing follow-ups with Supplies and Clients to make sure they are coping and understand everything to the best of there ability. I have learned alot and gained alot of experience in working with various system processes, surveys, programmes on how to do a Di recon against the system itself and executing new projects.

Pros: Meeting customer expectations
Cons: Long hours from 7 am till 7pm

It motivated me,excellent and great learning curve,learning a lot.

I love working with people,easy to communicate and think on my feet,it's a great company and has lots of clients. You get to meet executives from major companies and learn from them,it's a great learning curve and my marketing and sales skills have improved highly and now I want to do more customer service and support to clients.
