Install, configure, upgrade, manage and maintain network infrastructure, operating systems and Active Directory in accordance with the departmental ICT policies and guidelines. Manage and administer Local Area Network (LAN). Maintain and administer Active Directory (DHCP, DNS, users and computers. Manage and control backups. Assist in planning for hardware capacity and physical configuration needs for expansion and growth. Resolve issues relating to 1st line support functions to end users. Ensure commissioning and completion of IT related projects. Ensure functioning and support on Printers and Multifunctional devices. Provide technical advice to end users. Assist with disposal on computer based equipment according to prescribed policy. Provide Request quotations and follow procurement procedures for IT related hardware.

Hard worker who is wiling to face new challenges
I am a good listener with good communication skills and I can work under pressure , work as a team .I am friendly and also I have learn not to take your personal problems to work. I enjoy capturing the requisitions and doing follow up. The most challenging aspect is when the companies does not deliver the stock when you do follow up with them they tell you stories for example shipment and on the other hand we are out of stock.
Pros: because of my hard working currently i am also doing contracts of the whole hospital

I am the Chief Personnel Officer
As is the normal practice in the corporate world for one to make plans for the following day, today, at times it has proven not always possible here for me to stick to my planned schedule. This has instead taught me to be flexible in attempting to accommodate my planned schedule, to some extent, while as well being flexible as per the demands of the day. I have developed a very good relationship my my clients (employees). I have learnt a lot in terms of effectively communicating with my colleagues as well as clients in order to get things done the way I need them done. The fact that I learn new cultural dynamics all the time has exposed me a great deal to human dynamics. I, however, find non-compliance and weak cultural dynamics to be a challenge at all levels of the institution.
Pros: This is quite a learning organisation and continuously developing.
Cons: Some attitudes towards work and colleagues can be done without.

Learning
When it comes to work we really need to work. I remember the other day when we were busy with the reconciliation and it was really needed urgently at the head office , but by working together as a team we did reach a job well done, we call that a team work and a good relationship with workers. I have learn a lot through other because they were like mentors to me especially when it comes to Acquisition were we need to order stock from the company to our department. They teach me discipline and how to be paatiant and a good manner to speak to our clients face to face or over the phone. I really enjoy the time were we are having meeting and everyone must put his or her opinion.
Pros: It was nice working for this coming but as a person ypu need to face some other challenges and able to know other ways of doing things.
Cons: For me there was no long work hours because ican hand my time and do my job with a related time.

There is no growth at the hospital.
Helen joseph is a big hospital. We are over worked and under paid. The hospital has no roo. Gor growth. For people like us, everything depends on who you know. I'm applying cause I new to grow. I need a job that's going to pay me well and help me progress in my career.

Good listening skills
My typical work day starts with delegating my staff,doctors rounds,administration of medication,would care,supervision and patient advocacy.I have a good work relationship with my staff.I've learnt to be patient,treat every staff member differently.wat i enjoy most is when good service is rendered to patients and there's improvement thereafter.

Excellent learning start up
Its a good and challenging place to be in,the people and colleagues are sweet and helpful.they are kind and always ready to help if u seek help though it's rough to see people's lives coming to an end,it's always good to see others getting better because of you.i enjoy a lot in helping people and seeing them getting better and getting back to their normal life.i love seeing people always happy and helped.

i have a great working relationship with my colleagues and i have learnt a lot in them since i have started in this industry. i do filling, answer telephone calls, arrange meetings, do all the recruitment processes. i enjoy doing interviews because there i got to learn how to handle an interview for my self
