Looking forward to the feedback. The company cosists of a bunch of selfish liars that employ people under false advertising and false hopes. Taking people;s takents and experience for nothing and frustrating them with data capturing and in-bound out-bound call centre calls, It's disrespectful and disgusting. But SA has no jobs, so one has no choice.

Excellent customer service

Works very hard, always make sure i am at work. Good leadership skills, and can work with other people. I have learnt to be a team player , and i enjoy being recognised for my excellent work. I dont like to be micromanaged

Humbling experience

I am a Call Centre Agent, dealing with mostly in-bound calls and data capturing. I enroll pregnanat women belonging to the GEMS Medical aid employed by government. I receive enrollment requests via email an fax and have a turn around time of 48 hours to enroll members. Some enrollments are done telephonically when members call in and some are done through pre authorisation from various hospitals that give GEMS that feedback.

Pros: Patience and Listening skills

HR Department:

HR Department: Each day is never the same as one has to deal with employee relations on a daily basis then back to recruitment then attending ccma case finally having to conduct induction or an ext interview. Fast pace, work with minimal supervision. Friendly working environment and each team member has the ability to lift each up, work together and learn together. Most challenging is having to deal with independent contractors as one needs to be knowledgable of the job role, jargon and having to conduct online training.
