Good opportunity

Everyday is exciting at work knowing what is your purpose exactly which is keeping clients satisfied at all times. My co-workers are excellent people very friendly,outrageous and caring. I have also learnt how to professionally communicate with clients and as well to give them the service they need. The most joyful part is when we work together as a team to achieve better goals and also to learn from one another how we get things done. When having clients complaining about certain things can be challenging because clients are actually our bosses. We need to give them the best of service and solve each possible queries that's coming from them.

Pros: There is great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Hours are long

Excellent learning curve, motivated and hard worker

A typical day includes following up on customer accounts and to make contact with various Pharmacies and Network related Doctors and patients. My work day is very time consuming and I have to reach a target on a daily basis I am a very friendly person and i have a good relationship with my c0-workers. I believe that you need to work together as a team I have learnt to be patient with the customers and also my computer skills has improved significantly I enjoy the team work effort and especially when I have reached my target The most challenging aspect of my job is reaching my target especially if you cannot get hold of the various customers and or organizations.
