I have a lot of experience gained in my previous job

I am a 24 yrs lady who was working at department of health for a period of 2-3 yrs,I worked as a shift worker at a busy department alone the whole nite and you will never found me sleeping at work because I know what I was there to do,I never heard any complain with management or patients in fact there were impressed with my service,wondering how I am coping in a busy department like that,I am very fast when it comes to computer because I was working with it almost everyday,so I can type day and nite without any complains& I am not the kind of a person who is always absent at work unless there is a very serious matter& my supervisor will know as early as I can let her knows because I know that if I am upset the department will struggle as there were shortage of staff.

Pros: My job will describe whether I deserve a promotion or not but from what I know about myself is that I am good at whatever I am doing.
Cons: I have worked long hours before so I won't have any problem working long hours it is always in me.

I am 13 years in junior management position in security field.

• Managing total security programme within Ekurhuleni Health District Facilities • Manage the Implementation of Information Policies, strategies, Plans, procedures within the safety and security • Conducting Investigation and audit of systems • Compiling of analytical report, implement and coordinate the development and maintenance of information security training programmes • Arranging and chairing of security meeting of the Ekurhuleni Health District Facilities • Conduction security awareness programmes • Ensure adherence and compliance to security policies and procedure as per MISS and MPSS standard • Conducting security risk assessment as well as liaising with role players such as State Security Agency, SAPS ect • Conduct security appraisal and check the effectiveness of all security risk measures installed at Health facilities • Managing various security contractors providing services to the Department of Health

Pros: i have qualifications plus experience in security industry

GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL

I AM PERSON OF PEOPLE, IT MADE ME TO HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY COLOUGES. I HAVE BEEN THOUGHT ON HOW TO HANDLE CONFLICT BETWEEN US AS COLOGUES. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FINANCE SECTION HELPED ME IN UNDERSTANDING MORE ABOUT HOW TO HANDLE SUPPLIES,PAYMENTS, STOREROOMS AND ALSO BEING DISCIPLINED. I LIKE BEING AROUND PEOPLE AND BUILD A STRONG RELATIONSHIP. CHALLENGES WILL ALWAYS BE THERE BUT THE TRICK IS HOW YOU HANDLE THOSE CHALLENGES.

Pros: GREAT PEERS, GOOD WORKING CONDITIONS, GOOD TRAINING
Cons: SALARY IS LESS THAN WORKLOAD

Deeper challenges

being in the academic environment that has new fresh start every day has contributed immensely to my career. team work also ways guarantee success and it has prove to be the pillar of strength when all contributed. my current employer introduced me the new ventures educationally and personal wise. I was taught to make correct rational, spiritual, physical and emotional decisions.

Very deligent person with lots of abilities. accountability is my strongest point

it has been very cooling to work with the college and it gives me a great challenge that benefit both my personnel and academic level. the relationship with fellow team or staff members always contribute immensely to my day to day work. through out the years I have learned to deliver quality work and be accountable to what I do best. it is very pleasing to work for the department that takes care of its employees by providing trainings to improve the quality of their work.

I am pationate about my work

i am a hard worker and pationate about my work, dedicated learnt how to develop policies which is the most critical part in the department the most challenging aspect its when the policies are not impplemented

Pros: not that much as i am an administrator its when officials not implementing policies
Cons: to be an administrator and assisiting the department to acheive its objectives

IM a fast learner i like to take challange and i make sure im excelling in any thing that im doing

Im very dedicated to my work.I take any chance come to my face as long it will make me and company benefit.I learn to work hard and do as you can at work to keep relationship between you and your managers.

What do I earn

Working shifts, working hard.good.working with my account coworkers. Good realatioship with my colleagues employer. I'm having a good.attitude towards patients.I'm working in a good way environment.
