Corporate manager 2004 to date per foo all corporate services responsible for Hrm Hrd SCM transport finance maintenance record but the salary not matching the duties at the moment I want to special I am di diverse because I have experience in all the sections I was responsible for I know why is expected of me and the process for procedures to follow to aquire any thin pertaining to mutual sections

Excellent learning curve

Do on site inspections. Do health and safety investigations. Do Audits. Conducting trainings to the employees regarding safety, health and environmental quality. Do environmental related Awarenesses. Promote proper using of Personal Protective Equipment. Attend health and safety meetings. Compiling the reports. Liaise with some stakeholders. Waste management.

Patients care

Presently working at Phillip Moyo CHC a 24/7 hectic clinic providing services for chronic.acute,maternal and child service.we provide Hiv counselling and testing initiation of Art ,Sti,Tb in daily basis Our clinic cater a large amount of population so we work as a term to accomplish patients care in daily basis.

I am willing to provide the best possible quality service

I work well because we work as a team and plan the work accordingly for every beginning of a month and review the progress quarterly through reports. and I have learn't a lot from a different personalities of our team. the most challenging is whereby you have to take a serious decision based on disciplining employees that will result to leave without pay. but I enjoy when the task that we planned is done accordingly and staff that we serve is happy about it.

New challenging job

It is always good to work for the Department, good relationship with the team members, forming team work to reach the 90-90-90 strategy through Quality improvement plans and Work plan. I have learnt a lot of things like tracing of individuals who miss their appointment dates and tracing them which is a verry challenging thing to do because you deal with different characters and different responses when asking the reason of not coming to the clinic on the date that was given. I love counselling (post counselling), initiating clients on HAART and making follow up those clients as well to reach the 90-90-90 strategy.

Finalize Issue Vouchers for electronic management report. Effective and meticulous document control: receiving and filling of documentation. Query resolution: to clear and check report for Annual Performance Plan, audits and stock take on Medsas. Communication: e-mail, phone and access to floors to collect information from all staff, managers within the warehouse store in two official languages. Monitor and report vigilantly. General administration: ordering and safekeeping of stationary, to type out documents and logs, assist pharmacist with courier account and assist manager with administration.
