Health and Welfare Seta Reviews

Seta Landscape

A day in the life at a Seta is never predictable. At HWSETA, we focus on the client first. A typical day would be a morning meeting, admin, stakeholder engagements, report compilation and many late nights of stakeholder accreditation applications. In this fast-pace client focussed environment, co-workers and the relationship with colleagues is Key to a great day. These relationships have always been wonderful and built on support and understanding, giving us the opportunity to learn from Eachother on a daily basis. In the environment i have leant the importance of client relationships. The ins and outs of Seta operations, accreditation, WSP submissions, Seta landscape, Monitoring and evaluations, Human Resources , learnerships and skills programmes, and so much more. The most challenging part is that everyone of your many clients is of equal importance and it takes many days, nights and after hours to ensure that Each stakeholder is prioritied.

Pros: Great relationships , opportunity to work with many clients and people, learning New things daily and opportunity for growth.
Cons: Long working hours
