Learning new material

i facilitate and assess students in various skills and learning programs on a daily basis, e.g Health and Safety, First Aid, Fire Fighting, customer relations, defensive driving skills, and other related learning programs which is all registered with SAQA. I am also a registered assessor with TETA. I enjoy teaching and interacting with students on a daily basis. I have a god working relationship with my co workers and bosses. The most challenging is to finish and assess the learning programs on time

Pros: good working enviroment
Cons: no promotion opportunities

I do admin, reception

When I started with he and she I was told it is admin work I now do learners classes., forklifts training, reach truck training, dangeres goods training, I have asked for my certificates and was told I don't needs them as long as I can do the training I will be fine. So I don't have certificates which makes it hard for me to proof that I can do this. In the admin side do everything manually our invoices are send from our headoffice we just print then out. I book clients for driving lessons as well. In our office there is my boss and her husband and I has another lady that works with me.

Pros: I have learned a lot but have no sertificates to proof this
Cons: I start work at 7am till 5pm and must work on a Saturday from 8am till 1pm
