Its a great experience to work in excellent environment with talented test engineers.
Working 5 days. Professional Work Environment. I have learnt to deliver quality software: “United we will proactively influence all our stakeholders in a professional way that builds trust and respectful partnerships in order to deliver quality service.” I enjoyed my working with experienced Quality Assurance Engineers. I enjoyed extra curricular activities. Won Prices in Team Building got motivation to work hard. Won price in Spring season celebration. Took part in dance competition. The most challenging aspects of the job was working under pressure and delivering product before time and as many defects in the application. To study business requirements and implementing Quality testing techniques.
Pros: Yes, I promoted to Senior Testing Engineer within 6 months.
Cons: I have to handle whole project alone. i.e Enhanced Collections I was a alone Tester.

Great Opportunities
Manage the facilities on the Sasol Data Centers. Reporting and monitoring the BMC and Netbotz systems via SMS and E-mail for the Air con batteries, UPS systems and Generators on the contract. We have scheduled meetings and teleconference though out the day and week with the client and key individuals on each project I see myself as a good work partner and manager, respecting the boundaries between work and personal life. I am process driven and confident in making the final decision. I have learned that mutual respect is a key focus point with every individual. I enjoy the interaction between the people in this environment, seeing the results, maintain continuity. - The most challenging aspects of the job Ensuring that my co-workers on the contract have a clear understanding of the tasks at hand, performing at an acceptable pace in order to deliver a positive outcome.
