Gaining alot of knowledge

The company is great, but not everyone is treated the same, working hours are 40 per week standard but some weeks we work 2 hours extra per day and draughtsman dont get overtime pay at all.

It is an innovative company, you learn a lot of new things

I have enjoyed my experience at this company as a machine operator(amada vipros 255), we work with a lot of sheet metal different materials and thicknesses, a very interesting journey in the engineering industry more especially in a manufacturing sector.

Pros: Promotion where applicable
Cons: Overtime

I have experience in Solid Edge , Auto Cad Rivet Meta Cam

I have a good relationship with my co-workers. i do solid edge in creating 3 D parts to create a 3D modules Do some programming I have reached my final growth in my working environment and I'm ready for new challanges

Pros: I want new experience in a new a company and next year I want to start studying again
Cons: At this stage I'm working 20 to 25 hrs overtime

CNC Programming using AutoCad etc

In the drafting department I was the head programmer of the CNC programming used of Metacam. Solid Edge and Auto Cad. My relationship is good with co-workers and can work under pressure

Pros: I'm looking for new challanges in my life
Cons: At this stage I'm working 7am to 7pm or later and I want to study further next year to improve myself further

Good Experience

A typical day at the office entails designing HVAC units and costing of those units. Negotiating contracts with customers. I cannot exactly see this page so I am writing blind, please excuse any spelling errors made.
