Excellent learning curve

I have 14 years of experience in IT support private sector and public sector. Good understanding of AD, Email Accounts creation and SAP account creation, Software, Hardware and Network support. Office365, Skype/Lync support and SCCM support and server support. I’m also print manager responsible for printer accounts, i perform printer configuration and installation to print sever and negotiate printer contracts with service provider, handle all printer issues and installation of Ricoh, OCE and HP printers. I am reliable and committed to my work, i have worked out of SA in the DRC as IT Support lead for the project and also serve as Jnr project manager for IT project within the company.

Good experience

There isn't much I can complain about except been under paid. I have the flexibility to work on different projects and learn new technologies. I get along with most people. I can also work flexible hours without anyone bossing me around. My challenge is the pay, I think I'm under paid.

Excellent lerning curve. exposure to a different business units

My day comprises of flexible hours. I work best on my own and assist about 40 co-workers of which I relate well to and have learnt to understand each of their personalities. I have reported directly to 3 different senior project managers during my time this has taught me to adjust to change. The best thing about my job is being able to assist the team at odd hours when they really thought no one could. The environment is also very demanding so we do it right the first time around. Attention to detail is a valuable skill.

I have been previlage to work for these company.Has thought me to be independent

It was a demanding position,that requires a lot of focus and concentration. The company has a intense prosidural system that has to be properly followed .Need to able to keep .Working under pressure in reducing hours and still maintaining the output quality was the main focus of every job we do. I had great support from my senior to able to maintain job procedures. Has a fearly mentorship programs.
