Excellent at building perseverance

Good day So my day consists of filing, scanning, capturing documents, and calling debtors. It is extremely demanding as the debtors we deal with are extremely rude, but I enjoy the challenge and am learning to push through how they make me feeling. I am also learning that it is nothing personal doing, so I just take it on the cheek. I enjoy the he competitive spirit in office as it pushes me to dig deep to get the debtotr to pay. I also love working in a competitive team as it motivates me.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn something new everyday.
Cons: No growth opportunity

Awesome learning experiences.

Our day startd from 8am and we are on the fone all day as it is a call center enviroment. There are days i love my job and ther are pther time i question why i am ther just because we do collections and people shou and swear at you. I do both collection and admin for my boss I love the administration more than collections. The challenging part is not to take everyting personal when hou call debtors.

Small company

I have worked here for 5 yrs and learned alot but no position to grow your career. Its the perfect 8-4 job and give ample opprtunities to learn. I have enjoyed being able to assist clients with accounts and resolve quieries.

Pros: Easy working hours
Cons: No potential for growth
