Wonderfull Experience

The jobholder is responsible to deliver the following: Manage desktop support function to Harmony users ensuring calls are effectively responded to, updated regularly and satisfactorily resolved. Report to the IT Manager Infrastructure Services– Infrustructure on a regular basis Ensure that all standards, policies, procedures and processes are adhered to. Working with the desktop- and printroom support teams in all technical areas in mentor/leadership capacity. Proactively review technical processes and provisions to ensure that all aspects of the services are provided in an efficient manner. Ensure compliance with Group HR policies, procedures, standards, methods and legislative requirements. Responsible to create sound relationships and effective.

Dilligent and excellent communicator

Had no accidents in my line of duty, passengers opened up to me, and reported to the Mining head as well as HR Officer. Administer minees' leave and absenteeism, , transport Union officials to funerals around the country and neighbouring countries, report back any incidents during and after funerals.

Pros: Great opportunity to meet and learn from people
Cons: Driving is a physically demanding job that requires me to keep up with exercising

Excellent environment

This is a company I worked for straight from varsity. I learned a lot but now it’s time for me to spread my wings and grow. It is mainly a mining company so the IT is not as other companies, most of the work is outsourced, the exact work that I’d like to get into.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: I’m not growing
