Looking for something more stable

Looking for something more stable. Current economical market is the motor industry is just dead. Harley-Davidson is a great company but we just don't make it

Economy is just dead in the motor industry

I am a hard worker, loyal and know I will make a positive difference. I do have extensive security management experience on EXCO level, budgets, administration and general operational management.

The Automotive industry currently is just very quiet, would like to do something more stable

Normally one of the first people at work, go through my operational planning and what to do and what is important. Very good relationships with all my coworkers and enjoying to work with people, try to make a positive impact always. Most challenging aspect of my job is to do nothing when there is nothing to do. It drains me to do nothing and I have to be busy.

Pros: Exciting Brand, exciting products
Cons: Weekends, Friday evening work and Sunday work

Great company but looking for stable working conditions.

Great company great brand but looking for stable working conditions. The current economical conditions is just in favour of the motor industry. Want to be part of senior management position/ Role again. Great learning curve, learned to work with a variety of people and want to improve my skills further.

Looking for stable working conditions

Current company is great to work for, great brand, but current economical conditions is not in the favour of the motor industry. I have learned a lot, learned a lot about different people, but want to go back in the security industry again. Operational planning and senior managerial skills are a passion for me and that is what I love.

Motor industry is just dead at this stage

Great brand where I am working at, but the motor industry is just taking a big economical strain and our salaries is just to unstable. I believe in working in a team environment, but is also a natural leader who can take responsible decisions.

Excellent brand to work for, great opportunities but loiking for something stable. Current economical market and changes dies not make it profitable to be in this specific industry.
