Learned how to work on MDA, H1 and RedRabbit

Its a good company to work for as there is allot of potential and growth within our head office. A typical work day would be answering busy switchboard, taking messages, helping walk in clients. Distribution of Lease agreements, Letter of Demands, Statements and other documents. Keeping track of daily and monthly maintenance on 305 rental properties. Loading of new listings, editing of excising listings and assisting 3 rental agents with all they need during the day. I have a good relationship with all my co - workers. I have learned to work on new software platforms such as MDA, H1 and Redrabbit. I enjoy working with people and data the most The most challenging aspect would be the deadlines at the end of the month, making sure the relevant info arrives in time from the tenants and NMBM to ensure all capturing is done for month end.

Excellent learning experience

A typical working day would include telephone calls to potential sellers to encourage them for a viewing to give a market related value on their property and to obtain a mandate. Writing advertisements for the newspaper. My co-workers and I were generally helpful and we worked well together as a sales team. I have learnt to work with different personalities and improved on my communication skills. I enjoyed working with people and showing them houses that sometimes turned into the home of their dreams. Most challenging aspect of the job was getting people to fulfill their obligation when attending appointments.
