Its a great way of learning to work even under pressure meeting targets and making another person happy giving them hope for their tomorrow . Meeting new people and learning each and every day new things .

Communication,confidentiality and be attentive to detail at all times when writing reports.

I start my day by checking whether i still have any outstanding work that need my urgent attention. I plan ahead of every event that would come. Make sure that my filling is all upto date. Assist HR manager with any admin work and loading pay roll. I like doing recruitment and selection as it gives you a platform to interact well with people and there where your communication and level of integrity comes and become developed. I love working with people and also assisting where they need most help and with my good interpersonal skill it becomes easier to work with people. Most challenging aspect of my job is when you not getting the right candidate for the job.

Excellent learning Curve

I love my work and my typical day is when i have to do filling because it takes lot of concentrating and accuracy. i do love my job because it gives me a chance to interact with people at all levels.

Good interpersonal skill

I do all HR function and all is dependent on me in the HR department. i am very flexible, manage my time very well, organised and well spoken. i enjoy speaking to people, mostly recruitment and interviews

Excellent learning curve

I plan my work ahead for the week and do the most important task firstly and least important once will follow, but i make sure that all the task are being don e before knock off time. I can handle pressure very well, am organised, fast leaner and good with people
