APart from many years in operations from vessel planning to Leading roles such as General Manager and COO i am also a trained Process Excellence Leader . Trained to streamline processes to gain efficiencies from waste removal to reduction of cost to company . I have over years headed up many off-shoring processes to back offices in India .

Pros: Very exciting and every day is different
Cons: way too much travel ( 2 weeks of the month )
