I have more than 9 years working experience in Insurance and I am committed to delivering exceptional standards of service whilst exceeding set targets and objectives. I have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate articulately at all levels. I value being part of a successful and productive team and enjoy tackling new challenges.

Company culture and benefits

Lovely culture good relationship with colleagues Flexi hours Leave benefits Group cover Free lunch when I joined the organisation , I only had Matric qualification. Today I have a Masters degree. Was employed as a payroll clerk and have since grown to an all rounder I am. I do not like the admin part of my job like filing but understand that it has to be done. I enjoy encouraging our employees to grow, be engaged and high performers as this adds to the bottom line of the organisation.

Pros: learning organisation, employees encouraged to upskill themselves
Cons: flat structure no opportunities for promotions
