Hanna Instruments Reviews

Great exposure

the company The company is a medium size company that is affiliated with one of the biggest international Analytical Chemistry company that produces instruments and solution for analysis. The local company is mostly sales based and technical support, the sole executive promotes team work and pushes for employees to be engaged at work. The only problem would be that there are no bursary schemes and study leave structure so the ability of self-development is very limited and not supported and internal job opportunities are also limited as the company is mostly sales based. The culture of executive is one of open-door policy, macro-management, support and engaging with employees; but the only problem for the executive is that they can only expend the company in one direction which is that of sales and they are unable to expand the company to that of a multi-disciplined functions which limits employees who want to expand to other operational functions.

Pros: Travelling
Cons: Millage on care

I work as an application specialist and an internal sales rep

Great job in a sense where I am able to apply everything I learnt at school. Each sale means a new applicaton and i'll be learning new things. I do method development, after sales service by trouble shooting and helping customers with their problem's they encounter after purchasing our instruments, outsource potenting customers and conduct demonstration.

Pros: Being able to work with chemistry methods from different industries
Cons: Salary way to little
