An eye opener and something new

good relathionship with my co-workers overall,learning new things constantly. The ony challenge comes whe we are flooded with oeders that are to be dispatched quick and time is not on our side. BUt overall production is almost the same everywhere it entails producing withing specifications,on time , good acceptable quality, food safety, and working well withing your team management and surbordinates.

Not Bad

There are times where it gets hectic and there are times it's just work as usual. My relationship with coworkers is good I have learnt to sometimes not concentrate on negative things and feelings of the company because it makes you lose interest in that company at large. I enjoy interacting with my team, we making a very good team.

Pros: Normal working hours
Cons: No room for growth and promotion

Excellent in doing practicals

Working under pressure. Working in team work with my colleagues. I have learnt that team work is the best. I enjoy that you don't work very hard everyday.

Pros: Great opportunity for academics practicals
Cons: The salary is not enough.

Potential growth and learning a lot

Typical day starts with a morning meeting, this were we plot the day on mixers or rooms to be used during production. From there I would check on orders that were recieved and start checking the RM availability. I will also start placing order s with the suppliers.. Later in the day I will have a production planning meeting with the production supervisor.

Pros: Freedom to run the factory without any interference and trusted by the Owner
Cons: Too far from my home
